An exquisite hand-woven rug from Linie Design. A homage to minimalist ink paintings, Silent Canvas and Yano Shade translates the quiet gesture of brush on linen into soft, tactile abstraction. Hand-knotted in wool , each rug becomes a meditative surface for light, tone, and absorption. Edges soften as if blurred by time or water – never rigid, always breathing. The palette, grounded in natural dyes of earth, clay, chalk, and ash, lends a sense of depth and restraint. Forms emerge as if from within, not placed upon – balancing spontaneity with stillness. There’s a sense of the handmade, the imperfect, the deeply human. In Ink Wash, what remains unmarked is as meaningful as what is defined – a quiet study in presence and absence. Crafted in pure wool, the rug’s underfoot softness and natural warmth will bring timeless elegance to its surroundings for years to come. Hand-crafted by Linie Design’s artisan weavers, designed by Norm Architects.
Linie Design warranties that purchased product(s) will be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years.
